How it works

1. Find something you want
Browse the listings and find an item you’d like to exchange for.

2. Contact the listing owner
Use the contact option on the listing to discuss your proposed swap.

3. Agree on the exchange
Discuss the items, condition and any additional details directly with the other user.

4. Meet and exchange
Arrange a safe local meeting and complete the exchange when both sides are satisfied.

Please remember:

• Make sure both parties clearly agree to the exchange.
• Check the condition of items before completing a swap.
• Arrange exchanges carefully and preferably meet in a safe, public place.
• Prohibited and restricted items cannot be exchanged on PalitBay.
• PalitBay does not take possession of or guarantee items exchanged between users.
