Submission Terms

By submitting a listing to PalitBay, you agree to the following submission terms.
1. Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information about the item you are listing.
This includes the title, description, price, condition, location and photographs. You must not deliberately provide misleading or false information.
2. Right to List the Item
You confirm that you have the right to offer the item for sale or exchange and that your listing does not infringe the rights of another person or business.
3. Prohibited Items
You must not submit listings for items that are prohibited by law or by PalitBay’s Prohibited & Restricted Items Policy.
PalitBay may remove any listing that violates this policy or applicable law.
4. Photographs and Descriptions
Photographs and descriptions must accurately represent the item being offered.
You should clearly disclose any significant defects, damage or other relevant condition issues that a potential buyer or swap partner should reasonably know about.
5. Pricing and Availability
You are responsible for ensuring that the price and availability information in your listing is accurate and kept up to date.
If an item is no longer available, you should remove or update the listing promptly.
6. PalitBay Review and Removal
PalitBay reserves the right to review, reject, edit, suspend or remove listings that violate these Submission Terms, the Terms & Conditions, the Prohibited & Restricted Items Policy, or applicable law.
PalitBay may also take action where a listing appears misleading, fraudulent, unsafe or otherwise inappropriate for the marketplace.
7. Transactions Between Users
Submitting a listing does not create a transaction with PalitBay.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, transactions, payments, delivery arrangements and exchanges are made directly between the users involved. Users are responsible for making their own decisions and exercising appropriate care when completing a transaction.
8. Your Responsibility
You are responsible for the content of your listing and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
By submitting a listing, you agree to these Submission Terms and acknowledge that they form part of the PalitBay marketplace rules.
